  • Aggregated or de-identified Market Insights derived from listings and usage data

  • These insights never reveal the identity of an individual user or a specific piece of equipment without your explicit consent

  • When required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public

Business Transfers

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may “share” or disclose de-identified or aggregated Market Insights for value as outlined above.

6. Data Retention & De-Identification

  • Operational data: retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements

  • Market Insights: aggregated or anonymized market data may be retained indefinitely

  • Deletion requests: where applicable law grants you the right to request deletion, we will remove personal identifiers while retaining anonymized market data that cannot reasonably be re-identified

7. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information

  • Object to or restrict our processing

  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

  • Opt out of marketing communications (unsubscribe links are provided in every email)

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (for California residents)
