• MachineryList is not responsible for returns, refunds, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment in person or request detailed photos/videos before purchasing.

• If there is a dispute, buyers and sellers can contact MachineryList support for assistance, but resolution is ultimately between the transaction parties.
